Ana Escalante, MCC

Ana is a co-creator and lead trainer for Ideal Coaching Global Advanced. Ana specializes in C-level executive development through coaching and training. As a former family therapist, Ana provides a deeper understanding of the human condition. She is also the author of the personal transformational book and workshop, “Seven Seeds of Love and Abundance.” Ana was the first woman in Mexico recognized as a Master Coach by the International Coach Federation.

Xavier Lee, MBA

Xavier is a co-creator and lead trainer for Ideal Coaching Global. Xavier is an international business consultant, leadership trainer, and executive coach specializing in high-performance team building and mindfulness. He is a Master Trainer in NLP, certified by NLPU, Mindfulness Teacher certified by Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Language and Behavior, Consultant, Limbic Coach®, and Transformational Business Coach. He specializes in helping leaders build high-performance culture through enhancing emotional/social intelligence, mindfulness.

Lorinda Bartlett, PCC

Lorinda is the Director of Programs at Ideal Coaching Global. She is responsible for managing all coaching programs, staff and students. Lorinda shares her expertise as a certified Executive and Mentor coach, and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching with an Ontological and Ecological focus, helping staff, students and private clients move forward to achieve their most important goals. Her background has provided her with a unique experience and the ability to focus on the importance of balancing mind, body, and spirit, allowing her clients to gain more confidence, live life according to their core values, and cultivate practices that increase their wellbeing and vitality.

Frederick Sanders, Ph.D., MCC

Freddy is the senior staff coach for Ideal Coaching Global Advanced. As a lifelong learner, he is committed to mastery of the coaching profession. Freddy completed his Ph.D. in professional coaching and human development from the International University of Professional Studies in 2022. In addition to his private practice, he serves as an executive and performance coach for numerous companies, including BetterUp, CoachHub, and The Vision Investment, a boutique coaching collective championing the empowerment of leaders within BIPOC communities. Freddy is recognized as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.

Alberto Torres, PCC

Alberto is the senior Mentor for Ideal Coaching Global Advanced. He leads the mentoring team and is responsible for developing students’ coaching skills and competencies. Alberto is also a businessman, architect, and developer, who has been coaching entrepreneurs since 2013. His purpose in life is to serve and create awareness in any community in which he is involved. He believes in creating leaders who thrive with their teams through effective communication utilizing and professional coach competencies.

Verónica Romo, PCC

Verónica is a mentor and coach at Ideal Coaching Global Advanced. Beyond her work with ICG, Romo is an executive business coach, entrepreneur, and certified trainer in human development. Romo has collaborated with various companies in the last 10 years concerning the development and formation of leadership, high-performance teams, managerial changes, and emotional intelligence, as well as, leading female empowerment workshops in Latin America and the United States. Since 2018, Romo has also collaborated with the International Coach Federation’s Mexico board.
